The Insular Council of Formentera has awarded the lots of seasonal services from the procurement file for the transfer of the rights to operate seasonal services on beaches for the period 2023-2028.

In an extraordinary Board of Governors meeting, the councilors approved awarding lot 2, Cala Saona, to the company Mar i Platja 3 SL; in Apartamentos Castaví SL lot 19 des Pujols; in Paraíso de los Pinos SA lot 24 des Pujols; to Delle Vittorie SL lot 35 of Playa des Arenals; in Monolisto 2016 SL lot 38 of Playa des Arenals; to Faraway La Mola SL the lot 43 of Migjorn and to Ojalá Formentera 3 SL the lot 50 of the beach from Ca Marí.

Likewise, the Board of Governors has required the bidders to pay the entire amount of the award before signing the contract, which must be paid no later than 15 working days from the receipt of the agreement of the Board of Governors. A technician from the Coastal Area of ​​the Insular Council of Formentera will be responsible for the contract and will be responsible for supervising its execution and adopting decisions, as well as giving the necessary instructions in order to ensure its correct execution.

The Board of Governors has in turn agreed to withdraw the offer of the tenderer Tafa Merenglen and to require the tenderer Bartolomé Escandell Torres, of lot 27 of the Copinar beach, so that, within a maximum period of 10 working days, counting from from the day after that in which he was required for this, present the documentation required to obtain the concession.
